  • Account has not been heavily used or abused

  • No violation of Terms has occurred

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Service has been significantly used

  • Subscription has already renewed

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • Access continues until the end of the billing cycle

  • No partial refunds outside the 15-day window
